You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt the platform, access data you are not authorized to view, or upload unlawful content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged to your selected payment method and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Caredence a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caredence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the platform.
