Current standard plans start at $59/month for small and home-based programs, with a $129/month plan for single-location centers and custom pricing for multi-site operators. Caredence encrypts data in transit and at rest and uses role-based access controls. Only staff you authorize can see child records, and parents only see information about their own children. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by Caredence.
Yes. Child profiles and staff lists can be imported from a spreadsheet, and family, billing, and tuition records can be set up before you switch over. You can run your current system in parallel during the cutover.
Parents install Caredence from the Apple App Store or Google Play for push notifications, photos, and daily reports. Caredence is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and also works in any modern browser.
