Approved founding centers get all available features free for 24 months from account activation. Current standard plans start at $59/month: $59/month for the Starter plan for home-based programs with up to 15 children and $129/month for the Center plan for one location with up to 60 children. Multi-site operators receive custom pricing. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts.

Is my center's and families' data secure?
Yes. Caredence uses role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and strict access controls so only authorized staff can see each child's records. Parents only see their own family's information.
